How to Paste a Screen Captured image from the clipboard

We have many different tools that provide screen capturing to the clipboard and we would like to paste these directly into the Cute Editor. Is this possible? If so, how is this accomplished? If not, what is the suggested workaround? Thanks

I have the source already, what i would like is documentation. A set of steps to configure the editor for db storage. I am curious if I have to use cuteeditors methodology to store the image or can i plug it in to a framework I already have developed.
