exactly same error.
If I upload file from the server machine it is uploading, but the error occures when uploading from local machine to server!

Certainly, this only happens on a Mac not a PC.
Browsers are:
Firefox v2.0.0.9
Safari v3.0.3
It has the unfortunate effect of looking ok when using a mac (so users think it has posted ok), but when IE users view the page the flash content is blank.
