  • How do I change the size of the editor window?

It opens up to a default size. I'm looking in the Configuration/AutoConfigure folder, but the XML in all the .config files there seem to affect only the toolbar. In the <contextmenu> container, there's a line:   <item name=''Editing'' value=''True''/>   Is that related? Even if so, I can't seem to use it to specify a ...

  • Ms Word Bold and Italic Clean-up

When I paste Ms Word text, the bold text is enclosed in <B> tags instead of <STRONG>, and italic in <I> instead of <EM>. But if I select some text in the same editor, and click on Bold or Italic buttons, <STRONG> and <EM> are used. Can this behaviour be changed, so the Ms Word text clean-up is consistent with ...

  • editor image button in aspx (.gif.aspx extension). Why?

Hello.Trying to identify why the toolbar was so slow to load, we switched the image button sources to [imagename].gif, instead the original [imagename].gif.aspx (we had to extend the Editor Class and overload the Render method). It resulted in a faster loading (and a still functional editor) in a charged server. So, why the image buttons have to be ...

  • slow loading

Is there anything I can do to decrease the load time for this editor?  It seems to take forever to load.  I have cutomized  the toolbar to only include the buttons I need.  Is there a way to preload it,  like you can do with images using Javascript?  I created the control at design time - and set it to ...

  • Marquee tool ?

Hey.   Getting the file upload (see previous post) to work was a great step foward, our client is very satisfied (if we hadn't got this to work, we would probably have had a lawsuit by now  ).   However, they have requested a marquee tool.  If I understand correctly, I can create that tool myself pretty easily, ...

  • Not allowing everyone to edit...

Ok. I just got my copy of CuteSoft for ASP, but from the limited docs I see that I need to do an include on the pages I want to edit. That's fine. The problem I realized is that then everyone that goes to that page will be able to edit that page. Or is there something I am missing? I only want to allow a few select people the ability to ...
