What's the hold up?  Did she say?  I don't want to purchase version 2 when a new version is coming out...but my trial will expire soon.  If I could be guarantied a free upgrade, that wouldn't be so bad though.

michael,   Please upgrade to the version 3.1.   This issue has been resolved.   We also added a new context menu which allows you deny the IP of abused users right away.      

Edward,   If you upgrade CE from the earlier version to the 5.0, please clear your browser cache and try again.The old CE style sheet in your browser may cause the problems.Keep me posted.
