All fixed thank you Adam can you tell me what the issue was?   One last note is there documentation detialing the upgrade process of 4.0 to 4.1.  I am not sure I have replaced all scripts and code required to complete the upgrade.   Thank you;

I have completed the testing you recommended above.    If I remove the script from any page on our site I do not receive the error.    If you don't beleieve the error is produced by that script with are the other possibilities?
