I checked our record. For your new purchase came in Aug 17, we sent "Thank you for purchase" email later that day. Then we got your reply with your designated domain name on Aug 21, we sent the license on the way on the same day too. We didn't receive anything from you in the meanwhile. If you did have emails not responding problem during the period, could you please double check if they were sent out properly? You can also forward us those emails and we'll check our end too.
