If you set up a virtual directory in your IIS and point it to the editor client files, for example, the virtual directory name is
"/CuteEditor"
You should use the Editor.FilesPath property the specify the path.
This is an example:
<CE:Editor id="Editor1" FilesPath="/CuteEditor" runat="server"></CE:Editor>
