Wow!! Now I'm really impressed. Customer service that works 24-hours a day (I'm on the opposite site of the world)? Questions answered within 30 minutes (Could be less but I wasn't monitoring the forums every 5 minutes)? Am I dreaming?
Anyway, your instruction works. Just a suggestion... Maybe you could make a note of it in the installation help file. A new user who's evaluating the software probably doesn't want to wade through a ton of documentation to look for it.
