i will write a Tool to kick or Ban a User in all Chatrooms at the same time. Where i can Finde the Deny or Alow Tabs for the Rooms in Database?

 

The Target of this Project:

 

1. Admins can enter the Name of Chater in an Admin tool and click Kick, the user Tabs in Database will set to Deny and 10 Seconds later to Alow.

or 

2. Admins Can enter the Usernam and Click Ban, the Tabs will set Deny for all Rooms there are Aviable.
