I do not see this option in 3.0.  I just downloaded the most recent version for my DNN 3.1 install and I am in a block of text and want to make a hyperlink to another page on my site.  I can't find how I can pull up an option for showing the various pages I have so I can easily link to one of them.  Instead, I have to go back out and copy the URL for this page which is very cumbersome.  What am I missing?
