If I am using my own database named UserDB and Username column is "UserName" and Password column is "Password"

what should I substitute SamplePortal.ConnectionStringProvider with?

 

Please help me as I ahve posted about 4 postings in this forum and got no replies yet. Does that mean that nobody is capable of doing that?
