i replied to this message privately to you as not to release the site address publicly yet.  I can not get my customers to use this product if i can not get it to work properly.  They love the idea, and the chat area, but the messenger not working is a huge problem to them.  Now that they have the idea from your product, they want me to find a product that does what yours does but that i can get to work.  i told them to give me anouther shot at you all, as i like what i see, but i really need to be able to get the messenger to work.  please send help...
