    I would still like some insight on this.  I have found nothing in past post and the knowledge base on this site leaves a lot to be desired.  There was no instructions in the zip file that was sent to me after paying my money.  A 4 day process from placing the order to receiving the lic file.  I understand that this is more than likely not your full time job, but you are taking peoples money and I feel that the support went south soon after the money transaction.  Please can I get some assistance her?  I feel that the file I was sent may be either corrupt or configured incorrectly.
     
    It is based on the domain of my site perhaps there is something my hosting provider is doing that is keeping the file from working correctly.  Again some helpful insight would allow me to trouble shoot this.
