It looks like your configuration is correct.  When did you download the software? If the software is not download today, please download again.

And please following the below step by step guide:

Step 1.

Fetch the Dotnetgallery. zip file from Download tab. Unzip the file in the any folder.

 Step 2.

Open your Internet Information Services Manager and create a new  virtual directories ( for example "test")and point it to the files folder.

 Step 3.

Direct your web browser to http://localhost/ yourwebapplication1/default_cs.aspx.
