Unfortunately no luck..  Perhaps its some type of conflict with DotNetNuke? 

 

There wouldn't be any differences in the spellcheck related files in the DNN downloads and the normal downloads would there?

 

Perhaps its something in IE..  although i just tested on firefox and it hangs with 'loading..' displayed in the popup..

I can't think of any IIS settings that would need alteration..  File permissions shouldn't be an issue?
