I have the same problem with links: /Cuesoft_client/cuteeditor/ is inserted into a href links if I Copy ad Paste links into the Editor. We have set the following properties:

 

We didn't have this problem in CE 4.0.0.7

 

Another bug is in the Table properties/Stylebuilder/Background. When browsing for background image, the "documents" path is diplayed, not the "Image"  path.
