Did Terry get a chance to look at it yet? We really need a resolution to this issue quickly. I'd be willing to pay extra money for a faster response. This is making our company look bad, in the eyes of our customers. As far as they are concerned, it's a problem with our software, not your's. We are at your mercy at this point, unless we want to remove your editor from our application. Please help!!!!!!
