I guess we are having some configuration problems. Let's start from scratch.
Fetch the CuteEditor. zip file from Download tab. Unzip the file in the any folder.
Open your Internet Information Services Manager and create a new virtual directories and point it to the ASP.NETv1.1 folder or ASP.NETv1.0.
Direct your web browser to http://localhost/ yourwebapplication1 /index.htm
Click the edit static example.
