When adding custom html elements through the pasteHTML feature with the javascript API in IE8 it is inserting the elements at the wrong position.  It does not do this with simple text and if you interact with the editor itself by inserting a character or something it will behave normally.  As a lot of our users are still on IE8 for varying reasons and if you have some sort of work around or fix to get this inserting the elements at the desired position I would be greatly appreciative.
