Nope the problem is not related to my apps. What I did is that I installed the editor alone, nothing around it on a simple file, and it does the same thing. I will send you the URL.  However, it appears that if I include the editor into another folder, it does not work, if I create a unique file and save it in the folder were the editor is located, it works. ... But the HTML and the Preview's width are not correct even there - it gets half the width is should have.
