Please log in with the credentials I will send you in an email. This account will have admin privileges.
on the home page, you will see a list of products, and next to each will be an "Edit" link. click to edit. That will take you to a page that has tabs (which are controlled by div tags with display style set to none).
Click on the Description Tab... When you look at this in Firefox, you may see the RTB, but you cannot edit the contents.
