    Your page  http://peritaciones.tandemcr.com/pruajaxuploader/default.aspx works fine on my IE 9 browser.
     
    If your ie using the "Quirks" mode, please change it to others and try again. (F12-->Document Mode)
     
     
     
    Another way is disable the silverlight upload mode when the user using the IE 9 browser.
     
    Please try the example below, it should works for you.
