I need some help ASP version.  I have the editor pulling in a template that has areas that are set so that they cannot edit them.  When I save the file to anothe HTML file or hit the preview button the areas that were not editable are now editable.  I also tried it on the online demo and it did the same thing.  I need the editor to save the HTML the same way as it was in the template because they are allowed in my application to go back and edit the HTML they just created.

 

Has anyone found a way to fix this?
