I have purchased Domain licence (sbl-pch-05) key for one site on INTRANET: http://sbl-pch-05/simpa/

sbl-pch-05 is the name of the server and 10.86.120.15 is the address IP of the server, but PhpFileUploader is not working with this IP adddress.

If I purchase IP licence (10.86.120.15), is it also doing well with the name server ?
I would like  :      http://sbl-pch-05/simpa/ and http://10.86.120.15/simpa/   for the same web site on our Intranet

I am web software developer in french administration in France.
