I am a single developer working for an IT department in a global company.

I develop web apps that are used internally only but need to move apps from my development machine through a development server, a user acceptance server and then finally onto a production server.

 I am confused as to which license option I would need as they nearly all state "but not on a development server)" .

 

Could someone help me with my choice?
