The "insert a ready made shapes" function use to insert some default images/shapes. You can use the "insert emotions" button or the "insert image" button to achieve it in editor. And the default images/shapes for the "insert emotions" and "insert images" dialog, then the user can use these dialog to insert the images/shapes.
