This issue is not cause by the license file.

 

Is your site on the load balancing/web farm/ cloud environment?

 

Please refer to http://www.ajaxuploader.com/document/scr/BeforeYouBegin.htm to set the TempDirectory and try again.

 

Set UploadType="IFrame"; it should shows you another error message.
