PHP uploader is not working with .htaccess.

 

I have requirment that, I have single site which is accessed from multiple sub domain and according to domain site will fetch data for particuler domain for this I use .htaccess to use sub domain.

 

My query is, with .htacess php uploader is not working so can you please guid me what can I do for this query or what I need to do to get working php uploader.
