Here is a screen capture of one failure that happened just 15 minutes ago:

 

 

I also got a failuire to load the liscence data file - but did not have time to grab a screen shot. 

 

These happen sporadically but are recent issues and hard to reproduce.  I wonder if its a server load or network load issue at play.
