I've now posted THREE posts that have gone answered. One of them is something I had to repost because it was never answered from several days ago.

 

My posts have been SKIPPED, and you have answered all the posts before mine AND ALL THE POSTS AFTER MINE. What is wrong with you? I have emailed you directly, posted to this forum, reposted to this forum, and have gotten no response. I'm a developer too and I understand how this goes, but now I've lost my patience. I bought this product, even upgraded it, with the expectation of support. 

Would it be too much trouble to get a response for the last two posts?
