Application Type : ASP.Net 4.0 Web Application

Application Pool Details: Name : DefaultAppPool

.Net Framework : V4.0

Managed Pipeline Mode : Integrated

Folder Permissions for UploaderTemp : Security -> Group or User names : Had set "DefaultAppPool" to Full Control

Scenario 1)

http://localhost/AjaxUploaderDeployment/Default.aspx?UploaderDebug=1 <--Works fine and files get copied

Scenario 2)

When I use

http://localhost/AjaxUploaderDeployment/Default.aspx <--I get the following error as mentioned in the screenshot.
