I was disabling the form icon in the toolbar (in the page_init because of the bug where the postback event is lost) and found a typo in the document: CuteEditorDeveloperGuide.chm

 

The page describing Toolbar Configuration file Structure shows the item name for the form icon as "Form" but it is actually "InsertForm"
