OK, the bug with version 3 has now been resolved in version 4, this is great!

However, do you envisage that we have to pay for a new version, when all we want is a bug fix to version 3.

The rest of version 3 works fine for us in most cases.

You cannot expect us to pay for a new version, please advise the best way forward
