    I had this problem when I updated my app with the latest version that I downloaded. It has file description 3.1 21010118
    I put back my old  .dll file, file description 3.1 21010329. Which looks to be newer?
    Then everything worked again.

    Yes, get this issue on all browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Explorer)
