Hi, how are messages handled in automatically opening for a user when their messenger starts?  Some of our users are having offline messages they already received in the morning, popup for them at various times during the day (likely when the messenger resets).

 

I checked the database but can't find anything that tells a message it needs to popup when a user logs in.   Where is this handled?  And any idea why users would recieve the same message multiple times?
