We have a user who cannot get the file selection dialog on his computer.  He's running a Vista machine and tried with two seperate browsers, IE 9 and Firefox 3.5 or 3.6.  He says the cursor doesn't change when he mouses over the Selected Files link and clicking produces no results.  Other users with the same configuration are not having any problems.  Are there any settings on his machine that could be producing this result or restricting the tool's abilities?  Thanks in advance!
