To reproduce it, do like this:
- Clear the document
- Type something ex. Hello! Im a bird.
- Add a blank and one character ex. Hello! Im a bird. x
- Select the last character. In this case the "x"
- Use the CSS Class - dropdown to link it to "redcolor"
- The error should be that the initial "H" will be red and not the "x"
