Is there any updates on this issue..? We're facing the same issue, and this is reproducible in

 

 

by clicking on the 'Spell Check All' button.

 

 

For our case, it's because we're calling netspell manually (because we didn't want to tie the culture & language of the editor with the language used in the spell check).
