hello,

 

I am running into an unusual problem with hyperlinks. 

 

To reproduce I first open a editor, click on hyperlink icon, click browse, navigate to a leaf of the directory tree, select a webpage to link to, and click ok.

 

Next I go back to the editor, highlight the link, and click the hyperlink icon again as if to change the link. Once I click browse I am placed in the same leaf directory, where I picked the webpage, but I am unable to navigate back any further.  The editor behaves as though the leaf directory is the parent directory and I am unable to click on the icon to advance back.

 

The following is a screenshot of the browsing window where I cannot click on the top icon to back up.

 

this problem happens to me in IE8 and IE9 but not Firefox.
