Please right click "bin\cuteeditor.dll",  and then click "properties" and "detail", you will find the version.  The latest version is v6.6.

Can you test the cuteeditor on your end? Can you reproduce this issue which your customer reported to you?

http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx, this is latest version online demo, I checked, and it works fine in windows7.
