We are planning to buy cutelivesupport tool for our site but having some questions and worries. Could you please help me to clarify some questions?
How can we call usernames and passwords from our own tables? (but other information can be retrieved from cutelivesupport databases.
Let me figure it out ;
Our tables :
Table name : depusertable1
Fields : uid , username, password, email, photo, gender, lastLoginIP,lastLoginDate,isActive
Details table name : depuserdetails1
Fields : uid, name, surname, city........ (having about 20 fields)
CuteLiveSupport Tables :
Table name : CuteChat4_SupportAgent :
Fields : CuteChat4_SupportAgent,DepartmentId,AgentUserId
Table name : CuteChat4_SupportCustomer
Fields : CustomerId, CustomerData
Table name : SampleUsers
Fields : SampleUsers,LoginName,NickName,Password,email,IsAdmin
We dont plan to buy developer edition at the moment. But need to solve this problem. It's very urgent for us, could you please help?
