Okay.  After a lot of searching on the internet I got it. 

 Basically this error can happen if the WCF max Sizes are not big enough.  So increased the size in the Client Config file and the web.config and now it works!  My real gripe is that the WCF error does not give you any help on this one.  It gives you a NotFound exception as if the end point doesn't exist!!
