How did you upgrade to cuteeditor v6.6?

did you follow all steps in http://www.cutesoft.net/ASP.NET+WYSIWYG+Editor/Deployment/html-editor-Deployment/Deployment.htm? 

Can you create one cuteeditor page in http://www.yourdomainname.com/cutetest/test.aspx and tell us the detailed reproduce steps? We will test this issue on our end.
