Maybe the link in your application (/SamplePortal/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Admin) when clicking the Chat Admin in the menu should be updated to /SamplePortal/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Admin/default.aspx ? because then I get access to the adminpage, maybe the problem with the logout is the same. Please check your application.
