The 21st icon (Inserting / Modify  table) have a little bug that cause problem with my client.

- You can choose the width in pixel

- You can't choose the width in percent  or it's kind of bugged.

- You can choose the height in pixel

- You can choose the height in percent

This was working #1 in version2.1, not anymore in 2.2 including the online demo version.
