Is there a solution to this problem yet, since I experience exactly the same symptoms as you described. (Upload button not clickable)
Uploader works fine in IE, but not in FF anymore.
The weirdest thing is that it behaves differently on different clients.
(5 clients: 3 not working, 2 works )
