FYI... I just tried using <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href='<%=CuteEditor.EditorUtility.ProcessWebPath(Context,Page,"Load.ashx?type=style&file=SyntaxHighlighter.css")%>' /> and it did not fix the problem.

 

Just curious, why would this be the only HTTPS-ignorant reference?
