Opera 10 + Flash 10: sometimes the Insert button becomes not skinned and after that displays the "IFrame window not found" Most likely failed to load Flash? Any idea why?

And In the Flash mode the InsertButton periodically disapears even if the page loads first time.

Also, Opera 10 + Flash 10 still blocks the file browser. Only UploadAddonButtonMode.Warning partially saves the situation, but it is not very good solution for our clients.
