    Help! Worked last week but now get Connection Failed message...

    Bought a license and was working fine last week but now when we try to enter the chat room(s) we get this message:

    Connection Failed.: Check CuteChat General License Failed : The license for CuteChat is not valid or evaluation copy has expired

    Any idea of how we remedy this? It's a time sensitive issue so any help would be appreciated, especially since our client thinks we didn't buy a license based on that message even though we did! :(
