Can you reproduce it in http://ajaxuploader.com/Demo/multiple-files-upload.aspx, I tested it in firefox3.6.3, I can select and upload multiples file. Please click "Tools"==>"Add-ons", check whether you have installed silverlight or flash which is necessary for multiple files upload.
